Today was a slack at home day.

Well, I could've gone out to find othello or check out prices for the mighty mouse but aaahhh

I slacked at home instead.

Oh well, I'm just seizing the day man! Not many chances to slack here once I get back to melbourne right haha.

Okay I did do one productive thing today. I sent the ns dudes an email requesting for enlistment in jan. Hope they listen haha.

Other than that.... hmm nothing much at all.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but you probably won't be finding any links here. I kinda just put the "links" tab there to fill up space heh. And anyway yaaahhh I'm toolazy to go compile a reealll set of links and so...yeea. Maybe one day, but not now. And besides I nvr kept links since the diary-x days cuz that time it was supposed to be low profile and although there is no need for this one to remain low profile, I still don't feel like keeping links haha. Woo! a profile page! How cool's that!!

Okay so where shall I start. Hmm.

Basically I'm a 17 year old studying in Trinity College in Melbourne (why, you ask? well, for one thing I get to save a year. and a couple other reasons la). Life here's pretty much alright and I reaaallly miss the food and people and air back in Singapore. Not that it's really bad over here or anything, but it's just that it doesnt feel so homely see.

Yea anyway I studied in SJI (THE best sec sch) for 4 years (THE best years) and graduated last year from class 403 (THE best class). Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

So there! That's my whole education history. Oh unless u include kindergarten, which started in SIS in hongkong (THE best kindergarten/pri sch there) where I spent 1.5 years and the remaining .5 years in the downstairs PAP education centre (not THE best this time).

Anyway all those which I've said were THE best were indeed THE best because I'd nvr ever give up those experiences for anything else haha. For better or for worse man. I mean hey, I know it's kinda common sense la, cuz it's not really possible to 'give up experiences' but you get my point right. Right? No? Ah well too bad then.

I see this is more like some weird self-testimony as opposed to a profile. But heck it's my page so I do it the way I like:P.

I'd put my birthday down but YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO REMEMBER IT so not much pt for me to put it here right! Haha. Okay la heck, my birthday's on the 30th of feb 1989.

What, you think I'm lying? No of course I'm not lying! Why should I lie? Because I'm too bored?? Good point, I am indeed bored. Which is why I bothered making this profile page in the first place.

Hahaha I met natalie, keith and benja at Ang Mo Kio MRT at 6 pm. Except keith and benja came like, 45 mins late hahahahhaa. Keith overshot his stop and ben was playing dota. Hahahaha oh welllll.

We eventually got to sean's place and wahaha it was nice seeing people from ex t25 again man! And of course nice to see the relatively new people too! Hahaha. Ah but too bad george and xinyi weren't there man hrm. And there were other random amelia friend's there too heh. Well random as in they weren't from the class la.

And then we were just slacking ard and melissa was updating us on sean's situation. Haha he had gone over to amelia's to pick her up, and she doesnt know that (or she wasn't supposed to know la, dunno if she had figured it out haha) we were gonna have this party. When sean said he was near, we went out to light the candles on the the floor and wow it had this cool pathway effect hahaha. But shit like we were 9/10 the way through lighting all the candles when the taxi arrived!!!! So we ran into the house haha, and hid behind the sofas.

But hahahaha it was like so pathetic cuz we were all snickering and telling each other to shush and haha amelia didn't look very surprised when we all jumped out la. But she smiled at least. Hahaha ohwell. Why everytime all the surprises i'm involved in so anti climax one ah!

Haha there was pizza and pasta and sean's dog bobby was very entertaining. It was like strolling through the legs of the crowd and seemed very undisturbed by us hahaha.

Ah sean's present to amelia was this HUGE box. We thought it might've been a tv inside hahahaha. But he didn't tell us what was inside, and so we could only find out when amelia opened it. And inside was a whole lot of tiny styrofoam balls and there were many surprises buried inside haha! What a superb gift man! Anyway there were balloons, pens, sweets and other random stuff la. The styrofoams balls were very nice to play with cuz they were so small and you could wave your hand in that pool of balls almost like it was some fluid hahaha. We tried bursting a balloon inside but it wasn't as exciting as we imagined haha. Just a muffled poof and some balls flying up. Not very high either heh.

Natalie and I managed only one game of stress, of which I lost terribly as usual. Ah hey, what can I expect man. Anyway we quickly moved on to a game of tai ti when hanhsien, jun chyi and linda joined us. Hahaha and then we played that name game where we get the same card and call the other person's name. And then we had hilarious names like uh, benja was INFRARED during the colour round, and haha I got to be Vanda Miss Joaquim during the flower round! Wahahaha. And there were some failed rounds like a brands one where we decided it would be too tough hahaha.

Ooohh that game lasted us the whole night haha. The others were playing mahjong in the room, but they can't be having as much fun as us man:P. Heheheheh.

Ah well, so yea it was a nice night.

Bleargh they didn't finish my tim tams hahaha!! Oh well!

Audrey's dad was nice enough to give us a lift to bishan mrt tho hahahaha.

Man, I dont wanna go back so soooooonnn aarrhghg.

Altho, hrm maybe going back soon can mean more time over there to prepare for sch. But what's there to prepare for! And anyway haha, why do I refer to going to both aussie and singapore as going back? Hrm well, I guess both can apply cuz I dont stay in singapore much so for now aussie's the main home. But singapore is the original home, so yea, both can be counted as going back la.

Hahaha hey check out the text area at the top right! I decided to add a working google searchbar today and taadaa! Tick the box to search only my blog and uncheck it to use it like the normal searchbar. Hahaha I know it's purpose is kinda defeated by the black blogger toolbar at the top, but hey having my very own google searchbar is an added cool effect! So yea.

Haven't done much else today, except check out the kingdom of loathing for a new, very funny mmorpgish game haha. It's kinda like neopets, but a lot funnier and less colourful. Good for wasting time yeap.

Gonna meet the 1t13 later! Heh it's been awhile. And I can't crash cj this time.... and hmm actually I dont think I can crash it ever, since the next time i'll be back's in dec. So... ah heck too bad la.

Oh yea earlier today I had to fix the images in this layout cuz they wouldn't load for some reason. I was using msn group to host the images but it seems like my group disappeared altogether. Eh..hrm. But anyway nvm, problem solved hahaha. I hope.

Hhmmm my iBook's being weird today. Well, actually only just now la.

The main thing is that the charging light refuses to turn green even tho the battery has been fully charged. So I tried searching for solutions but someone suggested restarting this PMU thing which looks very and I wont do that unless my battery becomes useless (touch wood) or sth. I mean man, how come suddenly like that! And before that it wasn't even like I made it charge, the percentage was at 94% and it suddenly started charging on its own.

And then earlier on I had my first major crash on this machine. May be cuz I was trying to run this disk utility thing la but hrm, it was scary.

Ah heck. I hope it wasn't much at all.

Anyway with regard to the orange light thing I'm gonna try to make one battery load cycle and see what happens.

In other news, I was on quite a big song acquiring session today haha. Had not much else to do man.

Life here's pretty much alright and I reaaallly miss the food and people and air back in Singapore. Not that it's really bad over here or anything, but it's just that it doesnt feel so homely see.

Yea anyway I studied in SJI (THE best sec sch) for 4 years (THE best years) and graduated last year from class 403 (THE best class). Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

So there! That's my whole education history. Oh unless u include kindergarten, which started in SIS in hongkong (THE best kindergarten/pri sch there) where I spent 1.5 years and the remaining .5 years in the downstairs PAP education centre (not THE best this time).

Haha today I dropped by sweelin's place for dinner. Nope no surprises this time, cuz everyone's having exams right eurgh.

Yea well, it was a whole big steamboat for dinner! Woo! Sure had my fill man. And they were showing me this chinese essay written by someone who shall remain unnamed to protect his identity, that was serious hilarious haahhaha. Okay la I feel bad laughing at it, but we were aaalllll laughing anyway. But goodness! It was seriously funny and ah man, you kinda feel bad for him la huh. On the other hand, he probably doesn't care that much anyway hahaha.

We opened up a bag of crocodile meat! Which tasted like eh, tasteless bakua. Kinda...weirdish hahaha. I guess it's supposed to be an acquired taste of sorts la.

And then we watched brother bear on the laptop hahaha. Hey it wasn't as crappy as initially expected but ah, maybe it was a big toooo short la I thought. But hmm ah well, nothing that spectacular also I guess.

Poor joshua has psle next week and kept being dragged away by his mom when I was playing ur quan masters with him. Aaahh haha maaann.

Woo! I'm finally FINALLY done with the changi-jurong entry. Go check it out! It's really long tho hahaha.

Anyway christian called earlier about getting the license to play in orchard. He directed me to this place which seems to be right but haha, then again this endorsement thing seems to be for the major buskers, like the guy at orchard underpass who owns a mercedes benz. All we want is like some kinda one time performance license thing just for that christmas season haha....so hmm maybe we'll call these NAC to ask la.

Haha okay I've decided to move off from the changi-jurong post cuz if I keep at that I won't need to sleep for awhile, and I really want to have some soon.

Yea, yesterday (saturday) night there was this performance by the sji pipers and alumni combined. Oh and I found out that it's St. Benildus not St. Bineldus, aaahhhh. Anyway yea, haha we had a performance at Tanglin Club and julius or someone was saying that it was a meeting of some freemasons. Hahaha and hey BJ did get a gift from them with that compass and set square with the G in the centre logo! Hahaha hmmm. Okay anyway, we were brought into this holding room and we weren't allowed to use handphones for some strange reason. That was a tanglin club thing, dunno why. Anyway in the room there was a big tray of sandwiches and coke and some sprite. Haha not baadd man. So we helped ourselves and kinda forgot to leave some for BJ haha.

Anyway, that was supposed to be our dinner. But cuz we didn't really have our fill, some of us resorted to eating some brown sugar. Anyway yah, they had coffee cups and stuff there but no coffee or tea man haha.

At 7.30 PM we headed down to this Churchill Room and started our performance! Haha it was basically uhm, some random songs we practised on friday (can't rmb what exactly) and julius had a solo and he was palying Dewar's, and haha it was quite funny cuz he messed up one part and started playing his own song that sounded somewhat like Dewar's. Hahaha but not bad man, I don't think the audience knew.

Btw the alumni was dressed in this uniform that somewhat resembles a security guard haha. Okay I managed to snap one photo:



Hahaha! Okay la we also wore this glengarrie that made us look more like professional pipers. Hahaha.

Hmm yea anyway after a brief performance we headed back up into our holding room which was quite nice really with air con and comfy chairs and a big table and all. Karthik and julius went down again soon after cuz they had some solos to do haha. Karthik (or was it julius?) had to lead in this guy carrying a plate of haggis haha! And then some big shot would come up and talk to the haggis (I'm guessing it's that Address to a Haggis poem hahaha) and then stab it with a knife. But man, I wonder what a haggis tastes like. Sure sounds....special.

Some minutes before 8.30 all of us went down again to play one more time. BJ now asked us to play school rally at the end cuz he said there were a number of old sji boys there so...haha yea. Ah hmm. Anyway yea so we went in after quite a long wait outside the Churchill Room and played this combination of glendaurel and atholl highlanders. Then we moved on to our medley of king of love (with julius' solo), itchy fingers, scotland the brave and castle dangerous. And then we played school rally. Haha the audience seemed to appreciate our scotland the brave quite a bit cuz some of them were clapping along and yea, made us felt a lil bit better. Ah and karthik was not bad at leading us man, cuz he didn't screw up or anything also haha.

So that was saturday night and some of us got free rubik's cubes (from the clubhouse, somehow).

For sunday night, I met up with the 5 of them again (well, then again it was only the 4 of them the previous night cuz christian wasn't there haha, but he was here this time), and after much consideration we went for dinner at pepper lunch. Hahaha woooo man my salmon and chicken combo thing was quite nice. But if only they gave more meat la aye, mine was qutie a measly portion. And somehow we got into the discussion of organising our own performance for christmas! Haha and we were actually quite serious about it la. It started off by one of us saying how we should start earning money for ourselves, instead of say, the school haha since we aren't part of the school anymore. I'm sure BJ's for that too but just he wants us to settle down more or less first la huh, which makes sense. We barely have our uniforms right. But anyway after much discussion, the money thing didn't become such a big deal la. Haha we were more excited about actually getting the whole thing to work!

Like okay, we were thinking we have one guitar and one bass and a drumset. Cuz we don't have any rules to abide by we could be flexible with how we perform. And then we can play random christmas songs on the pipes accompanied by the other instruments kinda like dropkick murphy style heh. And we call along some of the sec 4s this year too! And we need someone like Ali to sing too hahaha. And we station ourselves somewhere along orchard during the week before christmas or sometime then, depends la, and we just play la! But prob our main and biggest obstacle now is to somehow get a license for busking out there at orchard. And also we need to settle our logistics, getting transport and figuring out how to plug our electrical stuff in the open. Those probably shouldn't be a prob la, it's just the getting license part. We asked tarun if he could call up the powers that be at the National Arts Council or someplace. Argh I just looked at their website and hrm, doesnt look easy man. Must go audition and all.

Yea well we moved on to long john silvers for some dessert pie after that haha. And we were still talking about this christmas thing. And hmm yea I think it has a whole lot of potential la. As in, cuz we wouldn't really be like any other pipe band anyway (and I know that's what they aaalll say but, if it goes through, then come down and see for yourself! haha)

Ah well. I hope it works out la haha.

Hmmm ah and this afternoon, I was watching the new season of the Office and haha oh goodness things have changed man! But it somehow feels less funny than the previous episodes, and has quite a lot of drama inside man haha. Ah well hmm. I think I'm off to bed now.

Ahhh, alright all the photos are up! Ah and the entry start time's kinda early cuz that's when I started the uploading so...yeeaa. And so here we go:

Okay, so I met Jon Chua, Bobby and Weijiang at far east before setting off. I had dinner with moses and yinghao earlier but jon bobby and weijiang hadn't had theirs so we went to subway to eat. Haha maybe I should've tried the subway to see the diff between the ones in melb and here, but ah nvm. Bobby refused to eat subway tho, and so he went to buy some stuff from bk. And haha his bag's sling broke at the part which connects to the bag. So the whole time they were trying to fix it using this black shoelace haha, and Bobby was quite unappreciative of Weijiang's knot, but hey it was fixed man. And it did last the whole trip too haha. Weijiang was supposed to get some shoes too but he said they didn't have his size.

Okay anyway so we made our way to changi aiport, and I started snapping some pictures. Btw, some of them are really quite bad cuz of poor lighting and poor skills so haha, dont expect too much la yea. The others snapped some photos along the way too but I haven't got theirs yet so....I don't know if I'll put them here yet la.

This one was taken in city hall MRT, where there was this really huge crowd outside the line to tanah merah. So the 4 of us decided to wait and take the second train. After all, we had alllll the time in the world.




Hey the crowd doesn't look so big in the photo. Ah maybe we just thought it was big la haha. Anyway check out the guy in white at the right playing a DS! Didn't notice him there before. And that's weijiang in black on the right.

About 20 sth minutes later we reached tanah merah interchange and waited for the changi mrt. Haha check out Chua's super green/yellow flourescent t-shirt! Haha, we voted to make him walk behind when we walk along the ECP later.




The airport! Haha I was there not a week ago, and gonna be there in another. Maaann.




In Changi Airport, they wanted to change and chill out a bit before heading off, so haha we found this coffee place and got ourselves some elixirs of life. They also wanted to change from their pants into shorts. Ah I didn't bring anything to change cuz well, I thought the jeans would keep out irritating mosquitoes and random leg irritants right! So yea haha.




Man I really like this ceiling. Haha. Anyway yea this was just a random shot, and to show how much time we spent at the airport too haha. Ah then it was around this time we bumped into Shamir, Weiloong and Yiyang, who came to the airport to mug! HAHA!! Man weijiang has photos of us, I didn't take any oops. And oh yea this reminds me, weijiang had this small jug of water spray which he called the bobtamer, used to tame bob if he gets out of hand, whatever that means. Haha. The Bobtamer did help cool us down a bit later tho, when it got too hot.




Man the airport's lloooooong. Anyway we had to go a floor down from the departure hall cuz it would be easier to get into the main road from the arrival hall.




Ah, this is the runway bridge thing haha. We saw a plane moving across it and wwhooooaaaa sounds like not a big deal but hey it was quite cool! Hahaha and I tried to snap a shot but was much too late la haha.




Nuff' said. There were quite a lot of people walking out from the building too, well, more than expected at this time also la.




Ah, this was our first major obstacle haha. Cuz we were supposed to follow the road down and not diverge so we had to somehow cross those two lanes to that other railing. Man it was quite scary cuz walao, we couldn't just dash across and it was hard to judge the distance of the cars cuz we could only see their headlights. We could only tell if it was far or close, but not how close, so we didn't risk it and waited till the cars were far away la haha. Anyway, we were telling each other that we had alll the time in the world.




Ah, we made it and continued the straight road down the airport blvd. Occasional buses 36 tols us we were on the right track, but haha we had to be cuz it was a continuous road la. And we didn't make any turns or anything so yea. But there were a couple of misleading signs telling us that the airport was up ahead. Maybe they led to a u-turn or sth la huh.




Wooohoo!! We have walked on the ECP for a kilometre and so far so good! And just look at our enthusiastic faces haha. Too bad we couldnt like flag down a car and ask the driver to help us take a group photo huh.

Oh yea and there were a couple smaller exits from the ECP too which weren't as hard to cross as the first one thankfully. Haha but sometimes the road shoulder would get really narrow and we had to walk in one line and a couple of taxis horned us but man what can we do! We're just trying to get home! And haha jon chua did walk behind a lot. We tried singing songs and talking about random things to make the walk less boring, and it was cuz it was just one long straight road.




And then we reached the turn into east coast park! Wahaha suddenly things were a bit brighter and had more life.




But ah, there was still one heck of a long road to walk.




So we decided to move over to the east coast bike path after a bit of walking so we could at least see the sea! And some people too! And yah hey the whole place was quite populated man, prob cuz of friday night huh. And we asked the famliy up ahead how to get to marine parade road, and he said it was all the way up ahead and turn right at macdonald's. Oookkay.




Okay uuhhhh this is a lousy shot of some random pathway along east coast haha.




Anyway we had been walking for like almost an hour along east coast and met random people and asked them where macdonalds were. There was this guy at this restaurant who said sth like

"Very far leh!!"

"How far?"

"One km!"

Hahaha so we thought it was really one km la but the man in the restaurant was more accurate in his first statement. It was very far.

But thankfully it wasn't thhhaaattt far from where I took that previous photo, cuz after taking that we realised something in the distance:




!! Would you just look at that holy aura surrounding the sign!! It's even so bright that it blinds! Well yea it's cuz of the dark bg la, but ah hey, we WERE very happy to finally find macs okay. Cuz many times before we had many false alarms, thinking we saw a macs in the distance.

By the power of the golden arches, we were able to get a very decent pit stop.






Haha see jon chua on the phone? Hahaha he was having this funny conversation on the phone with his brother or someone. the funny part was when he said sth like "Hah? Yah I'm walking home now" as if he was like only 10 mins away from home haha!! And yea man, dunno if his brother knew that he'd be back say abt 9 hours later. Hahaha walking home eh.

After a sugar supper at mac's we headed off to find this underpass that was supposed to lead us to marine parade road. With much help from jiaqi (their classmate) who was giving directions through the phone, we managed to reach some HDB flats. Haha according to jon chua, jiaqi was supposed to come along but he was sick or something like that. Aaahh poor guy. Could've had once in a lifetime experience eh.




After cutting through the HDB blocks, we hit marine parade road and made a left turn. I expected to find katong convent on our left and st. pat's on the right, but instead we saw




which meant that we had overshot the 2 schools a bit. Hahaha! Oh well nvm la, we were still very much on track. Altho I kinda wanted to take pics of both schs, but oh well.

Ah opposite the road from tao nan sch was the CC. Haha kinda reminds me of federation sq! It's the slanted moving newsline things haha.




So we walked along marine parade road until it became amber road. Then we reached this stretch of very empty road, and decided that our parents owned the place.




I just thought that this building looked kinda cool in a eerie way. Haha. Or at least it did in real life.




We made a wrong turn at one pt along mountbatten road cuz the curves were quite confusing. But we knew we had to head to nicoll highway, so we were more than happy to follow this sign.




I think we were still walking along mountbatten road and passed by some eerie houses I dont know why I didn't take a photo of. And then we saw a petrol station and decided to take a break! Bought some drinks too.




We eventually reached te national stadium/kallang theatre place. And then I think I took a picture of the national stadium from far but I can't really make it out cuz my hands aren't very stable. Instead here I have a nicer photo of kallang theatre (it is kallang theatre.... right?)




And I think it was around this time one of us decided to play this game where we have to say a word each and the next word must start with the last letter of the previous word. The theme was brands.

And Weijiang's very proud to be from NCC :P.




Aaahh, and then we finally managed to get onto nicoll highway.




Oh yea the path we followed before we reach nicoll highway was somewhat like what the class of t25 walked during our amazing race thing at kallang earlier this year haha! So yea it was all kinda familiar man.

Anyway, we were beginning to get really tired then.




And then we saw the suntec towers in the distance! Actually I was kinda exptecting the cool yellow outlines of the building, but I guess they switch it off at this time of the night eh. Ah, I overestimated my 6280 man.

We decided to rest again cuz our legs were getting to us. It was after the highway next to some construction site.




This is that concourse building! Haha looked quite cool at night. Ah by this time we had switched games to 20 questions which only lasted one round haha. And I tried playing some music from my phone to kinda break the silence a bit. Didn't help a lot haha.




Ah, we eventually reached the city hall area and then decided to take another break at this 7 eleven nearby haha. And there were quite a number of people inside man haha. Night life people!




Anyway we soon kept on moving and weijiang and I followed jon chua and bobby who knew some short cut to dhoby ghaut from where we were. Ah, I forgot what that building next to us was, and if only my camera could capture it properly.




It was also around this time that we decided that we didn't really have allll the time in the world hahaha. Initially I was thinking that the whole trip would take about 6 or maybe 8 hours, but walao abt that much time has passed and we haven't even reached sji.

Ah, and then we hit fort canning park.




There was this underpass that they said would make our trip a bit shorter




And about 2 mins later we realised we were going the wrong way and came back up. Ah man, our leeggssss.

Ah well, still we had to push on and then we met the giant shrivelled cherry. And it's not an apple cuz the stem's too long right? Haha.




Ah, eventually after going down some flights of stairs along some hill, we hit familiar land! Well, familiar land to me haha, since the whole place should've been familiar to jon and bob anyway right.

Wahaha yea man, and what a relief! And what's that bright light at the bottom? Another Macs! Wwwoooooooooo how can we not stop by for a rest? haha.




We had our early breakfast there and had a really good rest before moving on.

And this makes me feel patriotic, for some reason.




Emtpy Istana gates (or so I think). Yea... I guess it'd be inhumane to make the guards work 24 hrs shifts huh.




We picked up our pace ard here cuz it somehow made our legs hurt a bit less haha. Seriously, when we stopped or slowed down a lot we'd feel this serious ache in our legs man.

And the roads were really quiet too. Hey! Are you Heeren this??? (pun pathetically intended)




We were quite happy to have reached orchard anyway, and kept walking on and on and on.




Hahaha it was just about 9 or 10 hours ago we were here! Dunno who's that guy smiling on the right. And bobby met a friend of his ard here out with his gf haha. His reaction to our trip was "Eh, FUN LAH!". We need more people like this maan:P. Haha.




This is the RGS bus stop. We are now taking 190.

Anyway SCGS was quite a major landmark cuz it meant we could head on to the 66 route haha. Which meant like almost 2/3 or maybe like 5/8 of our journey was done!!

And then we took another break at some bus stop.




I forgot if we took another break at another bus stop, but anyway ten minutes later I realised that hey...




the sun's coming up! Whoa maaann.

And usually around this time I'd be heading to sch, not on the way home. Ah, hello crown centre.

While walking past HCI, we realised that someone's been doing a bit too many sit ups. Or maybe they just never make sit up boards the way they used to anymore.




Ah yes, another break! Made our legs feel like crap but ah heck, we needed a drink too haha.




Ah, yea well yet one more break, but I also wanted to take a photo of 6th avenue centre haha.




Haha yes and another break. Look man we were all massaging our feet! And this was in the bus stop before the kap one. Weijiang left a bit earlier to grab a bite from mac's, while we stayed to massage our feet a bit longer haha.




I know we'd probably be back home quicker if we didn't take so many breaks, but we didn't wanna risk destroying our legs either haha.

Ahhh, the power of kap. Follow the M........ follow the m.......




We then decided to cut across the corner and head thru some HDB flats, hoping to resurface on the other side saving time, and leg muscles.




Haha and then it was time for another break! Maann good thing there were benches here aayye. Altho weijiang seemed to prefer the floor to stretch.




So we started walking thru some quite unfamiliar places but had faith in our sense of direction. After awhile we saw this




and I began to worry about that sense of direction. Haha jon chua made it sound easy like the main road was only just after following this other ulu road, which is true I guess but man, we were kinda lost.

Ah thankfully he recognised the bus 173 (or some number like that) and said it passed by his place, so we just kept walking




and walking and saw a monkey having an exploration of his own through a garbage bag.




There were a whole lot of monkeys there man haha. And there was this that hurried past us with a baby hanging underneath haha, very funny.

Yea anyway so we kept walking....




And eventually we hit a more or less busy road!!!!! CIVILISATION!!!




And we followed it on and on and on and finally something I could recognise popped up




Keming Pri! Wahaha hellloooo 66 route! And man that was one hell of a walk thru unchartered territory man. Glad to be out of it haha.

We made a turn after the Pri sch towards Chua's place. And this appeared.




Hahahahaha! Hey I dont think this was really vandalism as much as it was a mistake when they made it right? Haha. Hmm maybe not.

And we eventually reached chua's place!!




all 4 of us had to drop by there cuz weijiang wanted to borrow chua's guitar, bobby wanted to take a good rest there, chua wanted to go home and I wanted to wait for weijiang.

By that time I was seriously shagged, so I only managed to take one more decent photo.




And thus concludes this excruciating walk from changi to jurong! Hope you enjoyed it as much as I have, cuz altho it almost wore my ankles off, I'm glad to have been able to finish it haha.

Life here's pretty much alright and I reaaallly miss the food and people and air back in Singapore. Not that it's really bad over here or anything, but it's just that it doesnt feel so homely see.

Yea anyway I studied in SJI (THE best sec sch) for 4 years (THE best years) and graduated last year from class 403 (THE best class). Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

So there! That's my whole education history. Oh unless u include kindergarten, which started in SIS in hongkong (THE best kindergarten/pri sch there) where I spent 1.5 years and the remaining .5 years in the downstairs PAP education centre (not THE best this time).

Anyway all those which I've said were THE best were indeed THE best because I'd nvr ever give up those experiences for anything else haha. For better or for worse man. I mean hey, I know it's kinda common sense la, cuz it's not really possible to 'give up experiences' but you get my point right. Right? No? Ah well too bad then.

People think it's crazy to walk from Changi to Jurong.

I think so too.

However it was done, and 12 hrs later with legs of rubber I am back home in front of my com blogging.

Oh holy shit it's raining! Haha man I'm glad I'm back before this:P.

Anyway, as I was saying I went to SJI to meet up with the section to rehearse for saturday's (today's) performance at Tanglin Club.

Haha because I am really tired right now I shall just be brief and then go take a nap or sth. Yea um, BJ made us play a lot and a lot and we moved from the clubhouse to the 1st floor foyer to the 3rd floor foyer to the bandroom to the 3rd floor foyer and down to the pretzel. And man I was tired haha. Oh btw Julius is now damn pro! Hahaha his gracenotes are very nice la, that's the main thing.

My appetite ever since I arrived here has been pretty good. Or well, I'm always hungry over here, for some reason haha. I guess that's a healthy sign yea?

And people are saying I lost weight maan. How can this be! I mean, hhhmm it's not like I starve myself in aussie. Maybe it's the subway meals and the runs with eric but.... ah I dont know la. And it's not only grandma who says that but my first aunt and daniel also.

Ah yea, earlier this evening I went out to golden mile to find tarun and the rest to buy this shirt for sat's performance. Haha man, okay my sense of direction has never been good but I felt quite proud of myself for being able to more or less get to the golden mile area. However there were so many buildings labeled Golden Mile there I didn't know which one tarun & co. were in. and after many phone calls and much walking inside and out of the buildings I found them at the open air one above the hawker centre. Haha aah maaan. But anyway yea, I got a pair of black pants too and hmm yeap, after some very satisfying sugar cane drinks (cuz it was so bleedin hot there) we split.

Oh YAH! You know that tarun's the CLARINET SL for cj band?!?! Hell and he only started playing clarinet THIS YEAR man! Tarun's a genius la seriously, haha and man I didn't get a chance to congratulate him either cuz it was yinghao who told me in the mrt and by then tarun left elsewhere already. Whoa maan! Wait, unless yinghao's pulling my leg which.... doesn't sound very improbable but I doubt it also la haha. But man, Tarun's the MAN! Ah, and he's the secretary too. Wahahaha. And daniel's the qm for the second time! How pro's that.

And yea that's about all that happened today haha. Ah, first aunt came over and haha it's always nice to see her cuz she brings food over all the time:D. Heheheh. And she's very funny also la haha.

OH oh oh and also, dad confirmed my ticket but it's not on the 1st of oct but the 29th of sept! AARGGHGHGH!!!!! Only one more week!!!!! And although it's only like 3 days diff, man I was planning to do things laaaa. What a darn waste aye. Why are our tickets so booked now man.

The photos appear in reverse, so the first photos are from the last band. Ah okay, you see the cool guy in white rocking his face off? Haha yea that's abraham! I'm standing next to roselyn and I think I should look away from the bass and open my mouth more. And lower the fingerboard too haha. Many thanks to stanley for all his efforts hahaha, and making our lives easier by uploading all his photos there.

Anyway, I had to wake up at 5.30 this morning, and although it was tough, it was done hahaha. I didn't wanna be late for NAPFA again maaan.

Okay I eventually found my way there and was really kinda early heh. Eric and Chris were already there. I didn't know chris would be there too man! Hahaha. So we just sat around and waited for the army people to gather us together. Other trinity people appeared too haha. There was egg, kenneth, jason, and this eldric guy whom I've nvr met before. Btw I didn't know jason was an acsi rugger! Whoa maybe I can ask mark abt him one day haha.

Our first station (well those with number tag from 1-20)(mine was 8) was pullups and MAN the instructors were strict! I mean, I guess that's the way it's supposed to be la, but like Jason kinda of missed out on 3 pullups cuz they weren't proper, and I missed out on 2, ending up with a 6. Haha. But ah nvm, I told myself can get silver can already man. Eric the pro easily did like ten maan! Haha. And there was this super ultra strong guy who did...eh.. dunno how many la but you could see his muskels bulging out from under his arms man haha.

Anyway next station was shuttle run. This one was alright haha, and yea not much comment on that.

After that was the standing broad jump one. AAaahhh haha man this one I could've done better and I know it la. I mean hey, cuz last time this was the one station I could count on but this time, it just didn't work out. Cuz like okay, the first jump was a fault, so I retried that one. I got 227, but I went to go retry one more time cuz I didn't feel the kick see. So I jumped one more time with kick included but heeeeellll I stepped off too quickly and that was my fault la, the recording guy couldn't see where I hit. Hahaha maan. Oh well, nvm la, silver can already!

Ah, I fared better in sit and reach than I expected! Haha got like 48, but I was expecting like ard 42 like that la. So yea, I'm more than content with that haha

Last non 2.4 station was sit ups. Anyway then I learned that the stomach muscles you use to play the pipes aren't really for situps hahaha. Ah well. Didn't do so well for this, got like 39, but oh well haha. Blame the aussie weather! I don't know how, but yea hahaha.

Ah okay, then time for 2.4. I wished eric all the best for all that we've practised in melb, and also to the other trinity people cuz it's only polite. Haha. Yea anyway we were given plenty of time to rest before that, so yea no complaints abt that haha. I didn't feel much MMPH! before the run, so I was kinda worried that I might not do as well as even in melbourne. But ah, once we went off I didn't really feel as shit as I did in melbourne, although I still felt tired like crap like after the 3 round, but there isn't the cold air to get in your way. The sun didn't help a lot tho. And yea well, after completing 6 rounds I felt really exhausted but not like gonna die in melbourne haha, which means that maybe I could've pushed more la but ah hell, silver can already!!

Anyway yea, we returned our number tags and collected this receipt with our results there. Not surprisingly, I got a silver!!! Hahahaha. At that time tho, I was still considering going back next week to do my damn pullups and standing broad jump and even situps again, but ah heck right now I'm sitting so comfortably in front of the com, I dont think I can be bothered la.

But ah man, Eric didn't manage to reach his target. And so he's going back next week. But aaahh maan, I dunno la it's just that we really did push ourselves relatively hard in melbourne... but then again maybe cuz we didn't exercise frequently enough la. Hhhhmm. But oh well.

Eric, egg and I then went off for some katong laksa!!!!! Wahahahahaa we took mrt to eunos and then a bus. Cuz egg and I didn't know the place very well, eric was our guide haha. Anyway the laksa was mmMMmmmmm so gooooddddd!!!!!! And cheap tooo!!!!! Okay we bought a $4 bowl right, and a $1 barley drink and I got one 80 cent otah. That's like $5.80 for a full meal with a side dish! Aussie there how to find you tell me?! Buy one drink that's it $2 gone man. Okay fine I may be exaggerating but hey, I'm just saying I really appreciate Singapore food man. Besides, this laksa had some SERIOUS quality!!! But ah, one of the hahms in my bowl was extra big I didn't dare to eat it, cuz it was really of an abnormal size. Like uh, it could cover the soup spoon I was using.

After a very VERY satisfying lunch, we all headed home hahaha.

But I didn't have much time back home to rest cuz I had to be in SJI at 3 to find BJ. Okay see there's this performance at Tanglin Club (not the CC haha) and the sji pipers plus the alumni would be playing (but ah, sadly christian wouldn't be there). So yea I went to see BJ for the song list and to run thru the tunes cuz there were a couple new ones and I had gotten rusty with the old ones anyway hahaha.

Walking to sji from the bus stop didn't feel very...different. I mean, it was as if I walked thru the same place everyday, it was normal routine haha. And yea la, I go there like every 2 mths so no big deal but...hmm yea, unlike previous visits, this one felt very normal haha. Yea anyway, BJ was in the clubhouse along with Osman and Karthik and this sec 1 colin. Nvr seen him before haha.

So anyway BJ ran thru the songs with me on the PC and pipes and ah, haha dont think he was very impressed with my playing but ah well. But ah hmm, I guess it's good I got to play the pipes haha. Been weeks man.

After about an hour, we ended and said goodbye and argh, now I gotta get a pair of black pants before saturday. Haha hmm ah well. About time man.

Why is iTunes playing some songs that I've nvr heard before? Or maybe I just er, nvr noticed... but I dunno how they got there, hmm.

Hey! Ever heard of the show Bullshit! by Penn and Teller? Haha man they basically go around debunking a whole lot of ...things. I mean, they aren't really like mythbusters in that they tackle urban legends and stuff but they go around challenging mother teresa, the bible, and even recycling. It's a really interesting watch and although they are a funny bunch, I wouldn't say whatever they claim is right either right. I mean, sure the stuff they raise is thought provoking and aggressive and haha like hey now I kinda change my view on recycling. But man I guess it's best to watch with an open mind and decide for yourself yah. Haha.

That took up a good part of my day along with crunchyroll.com. I planned to go run but I realised that running the day before a physical test is not a good idea. I mean, for some reason if I rest enough sometime before the test itself, I can do better than expected! Well, at least that's what I think. Like okay, the other time cuz of the exams eric and I didn't go running a lot right. Then when we went back to the track that other day after the exams, somehow I could do 7 pullups which was like my bes tthe whole year round! Hahaha. I mean, yea la anyhow I dont think running today would do much help for tmr. And also, I was lazy to go down and run too heh.

Dad was on this Entrepreneur show on CNA at 9.30 pm! Haha but his company appeared only at the last third of the show. So grandma, third aunt and I were kinda waiting impatiently during most of the show haha. But dad's voice sounds the same yet a bit weirdish! I don't know haha, maybe it's the tv speakers or something la.

Aye, gotta get up extra early tmr! Wont wanna be LATE dammit.

Woo! a profile page! How cool's that!!

Okay so where shall I start. Hmm.

Basically I'm a 17 year old studying in Trinity College in Melbourne (why, you ask? well, for one thing I get to save a year. and a couple other reasons la). Life here's pretty much alright and I reaaallly miss the food and people and air back in Singapore. Not that it's really bad over here or anything, but it's just that it doesnt feel so homely see.

Yea anyway I studied in SJI (THE best sec sch) for 4 years (THE best years) and graduated last year from class 403 (THE best class). Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

So there! That's my whole education history. Oh unless u include kindergarten, which started in SIS in hongkong (THE best kindergarten/pri sch there) where I spent 1.5 years and the remaining .5 years in the downstairs PAP education centre (not THE best this time).

Anyway all those which I've said were THE best were indeed THE best because I'd nvr ever give up those experiences for anything else haha. For better or for worse man. I mean hey, I know it's kinda common sense la, cuz it's not really possible to 'give up experiences' but you get my point right. Right? No? Ah well too bad then.

I see this is more like some weird self-testimony as opposed to a profile. But heck it's my page so I do it the way I like:P.

Ah hmm. It's good to be back home again maan:)

Okay, this morning I got up at 6. Haha I managed to get up even without the alarm! Like I opened my eyes a min or so before the alarm, how cool's that! Not very huh. But yah anywaayy haha I wrapped up the krispy kreme that I placed in the freezer and hoped that it would survive the journey back.

I turned off all the switches and stuff and locked the balcony doors (wont wanna challenge murphy's law) and headed downstairs to wait for starbus. Haha I had to lug 4 bags but it wasn't as bad as when I first arrived here in feb la yea. It's 4 bags cuz one of them's my normal schoolbag that carries my laptop and stuff, one big emborg bag with clothes and a year's supply of timtams, one smaller bag for winter clothing and eric's stuff that he forgot to bring when he went back, and my bagpipe case with other clothing, that I thought I wouldnt use in melbourne, as shock absorbers (as in, so I put them in the case as shock asbsorbers for the pipes).

Starbus wasn't too late this time haha so yea it was good. Dunno why the price suddenly rose to $17 hrm. But yea we eventually arrived at the airport and oh yea! Last night I somehow managed to check in online! Haha wooo got to skip the super long queue and I recognised the same check in counter guy from when I went back last term. And he said cuz I'm under 18 I was supposed to sign this waiver form but haha he was like "Okay fine. I didn't see anything I didn't hear anything bye!" Hahaha how nice! And so I went off to explore the airport, with like an hour or so before boarding time. Anyway they didn't sell cherries in the airport, argh. Oh well, I tried!

Boarding was 10 mins or so later than scheduled, and so was takeoff but I guess that was alright haha. I came prepared with this cinema book for EAP haha, and with my phone crammed with random songs. The plane was quite full but thankfully I didn't need to go to the toilet anytime during the flight haha.

Ah the movies they were showing were quite good! Ah but quite a number were watched already la heh. So I caught those I wanted to watch but nvr did, like Mission Impossible 3! Hahaha cool show man, altho I think I enjoyed the previous ones better but ah heck, maybe it's just cuz the screen's small or something. But yea it's not too bad at all. And then there was this funny show Thank You for Smoking hahaha. Basically about this chief spokesman for this academy of tobacco studies who can argue reeally well and his main job is to make cigarettes look good haha. Anyway it's funny cuz he's like narrating and... hmm yea the things that happen are just funny la. But eh, I slept during the ending of the show. Well, I guess iot was one of the more interesting parts but argh! My eyelids were heavy! And okay after that I watched just my luck which somehow kept me awake haha. Ah, lunch wasn't too bad! We had green curry maan! Haha. And for the refreshment after that we hda quiche. Mmmm. I was more than satisfied with the food today, but maybe they could've given a little more la aye. After that I didn't know what else was interesting, so I watched School of Rock just for kicks haha. Well hey it's a good show! They had forrest gump there too but it was too long and even school of rock couldn't end before the plane started to land.

Oh yea, despite the slight delay initially ah, we got back earlier than the expected time! Like on the ticket it said arrival abt 4.05 pm right, but we landed at like 3.50. Hahaha not bad man. Oh and before we landed there were some really cool cloud formations above singapore haha.

Anyway yea at the airport I got my bags fairly quickly and I searched the outside for eric who said he'd be coming to collect his goods. But hmm he was nowhere to be seen so I thought maybe he forgot or he wouldn't be coming and I couldn't call him cuz his sim card was part of the goods. Yea so, I went home la. Haha I took the mrt cuz I didn't feel like wasting on a taxi and I thought it was doable by mrt la. Besides, I do miss taking the mrt man!

But whoa, the walk from chinese garden to blk 309 was a killer man! It was a true test of endurance!!! Haha no la, but hell it was tiring la. But I was telling myself that hey, napfa's on wednesday and altho they dont have a luggage carrying station, making myself tired would be some good exercise yea?

Anyway initially I was considering going running behind the block but haha when I got home I bathed and I decided otherwise la.

But ah, good to see grandma again! Hahaha nothing much's changed at all. Except she got a new fish, and a new shoe rack cuz the old one was seriously falling apart haha.

Aye then yea awhile ago eric came online and he said he waas at the airport but he didn't see me and I didn't see him! But I think I should've waited longer la argh. And now cuz of this I owe him laksa after napfa on wednesday haha. Oh well, it's only right yea.

Ahhh most people are having exams soon, if not already. I wonder how I can spend my hols....haha hmm..

Ah, I was supposed to go out and hunt for cherries today but I felt kinda lazy, oops. Haha.

Okay anyway I didn't do much at all today. In the afternoon I made some lunch by boiling some random stew and adding some noodles. I watched some random anime on crunchyroll.com and hmm... yea it was mostly wasting time la.

At night I decided to pack and Mabel came up to borrow dvds cuz she said she was bored and her brother was dancing salsa downstairs (?!). Anyway yah, it was gd she came up cuz I needed help finishing a lot of snacks on the table haha. And hmm yea she was in student committee so I was giving her a lot of suggestions on making the band thing work for the ball! Haha. That time vern said can, but then thing was that transport of the drums is gonna be a prob. But I was thinking we might be more than willing to pay for the cab fare to move those, and even if we can't move them back to grattan when the ball ends, there's always my place! Haha.

Hmm yeeaa then she went back downstairs after watching the apprentice on tv haha. I think it was the first episode of dunno which season.

And aahh hmm yea. Gotta sleep soon cuz I gotta wake up at 6 tmr! And then it's home sweet home!!!

Aaahhh today was a day of walking! Had to do a bit of shopping for the trip back haha. Bought an extra load of timtams this time!

Oh yea before that was driving, which went quite well! Haha. Steve was trying to teach me how to make right turns at traffic lights, which takes a bit of skill maaan! Haha yea, well. Got a few more ticks today woo!

Yea after driving I went to safeway for timtam shopping. And the guy behind me was like "Well you sure wouldnt go hungry this weekend". Hahahahaha. Anyway I was trying to find some cherries too but safeway didn't have any, surprisingly. But nvm, vicmart sure have right! So yea, next stop was to vicmart for cherries, and some nougat I forgot to buy the previous time.

At vic mart I took my time exploring the fruits and veggies sheds. They had apples, pineapples, oranges, grapes, random greens, strawberries, honeydew, other weird fruit, tomatoes, more tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, but NO CHERRIES!!!! How can this be!!! If vic mart dont have, then where?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!! But nvm, I still had one last place to check. and that was safeway in the city, which is bigger than the lygon one. Managed to get some nougat tho haha.

So I went to QV (good walk man) and started looking around safeway, but nothing. Maybe cherries aren't in the season la....but there were even bleedin' DURIANS in the QV safeway! How can cherries not be there!!!!!! The only form of cherries I could find were pitted and in a can, which I will prob get only as a last resort. but hey no pt, since u can find cherries pitted in a can easily in singapore. Hell, I bet u can even find cherries in NTUC. But what happened to all the cherries in Melbourne?!

Ah heck. Anyway I grabbed some lunch at QV and headed home.

Back home I played a bit of nolf before leaving to cut my hair! Haha kairos renovated their shop and now it's much much bigger than before and quite a bit cooler looking too! But man I had to pay $2 more and I think their every 5 cuts free promotion's off. ARGH. Anyway my hair's quite a bit shorter now so yea, oh well.

Back home I decided to read sandman endless nights, which I found protected very nicely in its plastic holder. Haha I feel the responsibility to take care of it maan. Anyway yea, initially I was kinda disappointed cuz I thought it'd be a story of how the each of the endless' early lives but haha it's more like a story around each of them la. And they do reveal more about the endless anyway so yea haha. And some parts are still really cool. Others I catch no ball.

And aahh I can't check in online for some reason. Been like this since I tried going back last term. Ah heck. I'll have to check in at the airport I guess.

This morning I woke up feeling like I had a very unsatisfactory sleep. Argh. It just felt so....dry......hhmm haha yea oh well.

Anyway I decided that today would be the day I reaallllyyy clean up the place haha. And yea I really did all that I needed to do!

Okay first I cleaned the toilet. The bathtub was collecting scum again and so I employed the help of this no-need-for-scrubbing cleaner thing which helped quite a bit haha. And the glass was fogging up too so that took a bit of scrubbing. Then I got some black-ish stains off the floor and went off to wipe the kitchen down. Haha okay this one wasn't too thorough cuz I left the dining table unwiped, cuz it still looked kinda clean. Anyway I cleaned the gas stoves mainly and the floor area around there. And then it was time to mop THE BALCONY!!!!!!

Haha I nvr imagined I'd have to do it la, but dad suggested doing sth abt it so the dust would at least be a bit thinner. So I got out the mop and bucket and initially tried pouring water and seeing what would happen. Well at one pt I poured a bit too much and some water flowed over the edge and hit the edge of the balcony downstairs. Haha oops, I hope no one noticed man. Yea anyway the sun was burning so thing dried really quickly.

Anyway the water pouring method didn't help a lot so I just kept mopping and mopping and mopping and goodness the water was so filthy I had to refill it like 3 times man. Eurgh well anyway right now the balcony's much nicer to walk on and hahaha I feel kinda proud about that maan.

I managed to get some major laundry done too, since I'd be going back to singapore I wouldn't want my luggage to stink.

My desk (which hasn't been used in awhile..haha)(due to the excessive clutter) has been cleared!! Now there's only my bagpipe case, a stool, a lamp, coins, picks, tram tickets and other small pieces of paper on it. The stuff like the stool (as in the chair, that stool)'s there cuz I wanted to clean the carpet.

And yea so I cleared as much of the floor I could and got out the magic carpet brush-sweeper thing and went abt scrubbing. Haha man when I emptied it there was a whole chock of dust and other random particles. Good to get rid of them.

Well thats about all I did! The place is generally much neater and cleaner now haha, and yea what an achievement all by myself maaan:D.

Oh well! I think I need to go baillieu library tmr to go find the books for EAP oral presentation next term eurgh. I hope I wake up feeling good. Haha.

Haha maann, it's always like that la. When I've work to do I keep thinking there are so many other things to do. When finally work is done, then there's not much else.

Haha like okay. Today I went running with eric in the morning, and abraham was supposed to come too but he couldn't wake up haha. Anyway yea, man our 2.4 timing's like 12 mins! And this time we got to run on the inside. Aye aye aye like that how ah. Oh well, just means we gotta run more la. Easy to say tho. Haha.

And then we went to wynn cottage to find cheng for uni application but ah, she was at swanston. So we went to swanston and found cheng but she told us we were missing this Data Sheet. So aye, we went to the com lab to print the stuff but for some reason my account wouldn't let me open this link. And so eric went to hand his stuff in first and I had to get my datasheet printed by evelyn. Then I passed up my stuff to cheng and whew, finally man uni application's done! And yah initially cheng seemed to be giving us attitude cuz we didn't really listen during her uni application talk. Hahaha but yah la I guess we really didn't! So oops, sorry la.

Anyway then I got back and went out for brunch with dad at this The Element bar below Seasons. Haha it's so nearby but I've never gone there cuz the food looks ex and hmmm yea. Anyway dad wanted some breakfast stuff right, and cuz usually I settle my breakfast at home I don't really know what's good for breakfast in the area, I decided to bring him to that bar la. It's quite a nice place man haha, but kinda empty so you feel kinda bad for the owners. Anyway yea, the kitchen's like out in the open and not hidden somewhere behind. Then dad got this spaghetti carbonara, and I had a chicken burger for myself haha. Ooohh the burger was goooooooodd! But whoa kinda pricey la haha. I think the waitress there was new cuz she seemed kinda blur, but aye everyone starts out like that right!

We then went back home and brought the luggage downstairs to wait for starbus. Well, it eventually came after quite a bit of waiting haha. And then I bid dad farewell! Haha can't wait for my turn on MONDAY! And it's back to the warm, humid weather and the mosquitoes!

Back home, I tried playing nolf but it didn't entertain me for long. I ought to pack my room but I'll do that tmr haha. I did some laundry and then I went to raid the dvd rack to see what's watchable. Mee Pok Man caught my eye so I decided to see what it was like!

Haha whoa man, it's quite a....um.... weird movie. I mean, initially things go like you'd think they go but suddenly things change and, whoa! Actually weird's not a good word la, I dunno. And it's not exactly like a twist at the end either, it's just sth unexpected happens haha. And yea man, it was quite cool seeing singapore in 1994/5 haha. That was like what, kindergarten!

Anyway after that, I have nothing else to do. I guess I can watch more movies but hmm... I don't know.

Anyway all those which I've said were THE best were indeed THE best because I'd nvr ever give up those experiences for anything else haha. For better or for worse man. I mean hey, I know it's kinda common sense la, cuz it's not really possible to 'give up experiences' but you get my point right. Right? No? Ah well too bad then.

Woo! Exams are OVER! Over over OVVVEEERRR!!! Hahahahaha.

Okay physics was uh, well when I opened the page I kinda freaked out la. Cuz well, stuff that I thought I knew I didn't, esp for question 3 the Ampere's Law one. But walao so I did the others first and they seemed quite okay, and I tried this weird method that kinda has some logic to it but I dunno if it's the right way cuz they give marks for working too. After comparing answers after the paper the answer was the same but haha... dunno if working can or not la. In any case I'm not looking forward to scoring much for this one.

Ah hell, but it's all ovveerr! Haha.

After the paper, eric, jianshen, abraham and I went off to Narre Warren, for Krispy Kreme!!!! The only one in melbourne that opened kinda recently hahaha. Woo! And yea it was a damn long train ride la (damn ex too, cuz it was in zone 3 so we had to buy the zone 123 ticket which cost us $12.60) but we had a good time talking cock. After about an hour's worth of riding we arrived at Narre Warren station and went off to hunt for the great Krispy Kreme stall.

We asked a policeman (who was eating a sandwich and a bowl of rice) on the way and he gave directions and so we followed them. The road to krispy kreme was long and arduous, but we eventually got there. Well it was kinda long, really, and arduous cuz there was this super strong wind blowing. But it was damn shiok also! Hahaha. Like if we had a kite suit or sth we could fly! Hahaha. But yea the air was really great la, different from the city man.

And whoa haha I was kinda expecting this small krispy kreme stall at the side of the Fountain Gate Building or sth, but no, Krispy Kreme had it own darn building! And it was hard to miss it cuz it had this big tall krispy kreme sign at the front. Darn these are the times I wish I took some photos haha. Ah well.

Anyway there was this nice smell outside but once inside the building there was this strong plastic-ish smell. Prob cuz of the new building or sth la haha. And thankfully the queue wasn't that long and haha we all ordered quite a bit of doughnuts man. Like okay, I got 3 boxes of 12 each, one of which was assorted, cuz roselyn wanted a box too. Then the other two were original glazed which I assumed were the classic and therefore best doughnuts, and I thought that dad would like some too! Hahaha. Eric also bought 3 boxes, Jianshen 2 and Abraham 2. That's 10 boxes in total man hahaha. Anyway yea we went outside the shop to eat cuz the wind was nicer haha. At one pt one of our boxes opened up and our doughnuts were in danger of flying away man. But man those things, we have to guard with our lives.

Haha well okay, they ARE the best doughnut's I've ever tasted la seriously. The random ones depend on your taste, and personally my favourite one (even more so than the original glazed haha) is this apple cinnamon filled one. Goodness, that one is seriously HEAVEN man. I made a lot of noise on how great that tasted, and the other 3 had a bite of theirs and hahaha you hear them go "omg!" and stuff like that, very funny man! Hahaha. Yea the next time I go there (although they say one's opening in the city haha) I'll buy like a whole box of apple cinnamon maaann. Wahaha. And iot's not only the texture of the dough but also the brand la I guess haha. I mean, they are THE krispy kreme doughnuts k! No joke! Of course it's unhealthy man, full of sugar and no vitamins and stuff but ah heck, once in a while la hahaha.

And they aren't excessively expensive too! Heh. Like um, ard $12 a box, which means around a dollar for each doughnut la.

Okay yea then after that somehow we suddenly got very tired and jianshen said that they probably put tranquilizers inside. Dunno what for man. Hahaha. But yea la, for some reason I couldn't sleep on the ride back man. But guard the doughnuts!!!! Haha no la, really couldn't sleep.

So yea that was one heck of a trip, haha and damn funny talking to them also la. As in eric abraham and jianshen, not the doughnuts.

I got back, took a nap before waking up cuz roselyn came to collecct the doughnuts. And then dad and I went out to find this really tall building cuz there was gonna be this cocktail party thing with all the random businessmen. It's not my place maan! But aye I had to do my duty as a son and follow dad hahaha. And yea la well, get to go a tall building quite cool ma.

Whoa yea, at the lobby (it was the anz building man, what's this thing doing in the anz building??) I was almost refused entry cuz my name wasn't registered, but the people were really nice and they let me in anyway haha. And dad made me wear this really formal attire man, kinda felt overdressed haha but it was alright la. Anyway the view up there was whoa excellent! See la crap, should've taken photos! Haha oh well. Anyway yea, can see mountains far away and also the flinders st station and the eiffel tower (the melbourne one haha) which looked kinda tiny from where we were. Haha man.

Eventually more people streamed in and food was served by these waiters walking around holding this tray of food. And there was wine so I went to try some and I learned my lesson of not to drink on an empty stomach eeuurgh. Haha oh well. Anyway, the food wasn't too bad yeap. Random stuff.

I met this RMIT guy Jian Yuan who was also a son following his dad around haha. My dad knows his dad from work and all haha. And yea it was nice talking to him man. Apparently there's this uncanny coincidence of him being born in the same year as my brother, and his sis is born same year as I am. And his dad's same year as mine too! Haha walao where to find such thing man.

We all went for this other dinner (walao how they eat so much man) but I was feeling sick from the drinks. Haha oh well man. Well sure the food was great but I couldn't eat much. And jianyuan know's gerald tay! Haha. Both knew from army so yeea.

Anyway we all eventually left after a lot of talking haha. Back home I tried to pack some doughnuts into tupperware to see how they'll keep in the freezer. The others I just left in the box la. Aye.

And man, I'm shaggeeeddddd.

Gotta clean up my room. It's still in a mess from yesterday's repairing of the collapsed cupboard hanger bar thing. As in the clothes are everywhere haha. Ah well.

Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

Hahaha wwoooo literature is over and I think it went pretty well!!! Haha okay wait lemme start from yesterday.

So after blogging I went off to work on lit la. Only managed to get abt 700+ words in 3 hours before going out for dinner with dad and some other people. Anyway it kinda reminded me about a couple years back when dad would also take me out for random dinners with his customers or some people like that, and I enjoyed it cuz the food's usually good. But then always I felt like a kid and I was always bored cuz there was no one to talk to. Haha then last night I realised that hey, some of those people aren't much older than me and hey yea I could actually talk to some of them man. In a way I still felt like a kid, like I was dad's son over there haha. But yea the people there were very nice la. Uhhm.... most of them were like dad, traders here to visit this exhibition on australian food or something like that. And then at the table there was also a couple of angmohs who were the brokers and investment people. Oh and we were taken to this Bamboo House which is like the most expensive chinese restaurant in the area man! I rmb my brother pointing it out to me before when we passed by hhaha. But whoa, anyway dad and I got a free dinner there so we don't mind heh. And the food's good also la. Maybe the whole upper-class atmosphere added to the taste but still, it was good haha. But I wonder who's the poor guy who's gonna settle the bill man.

The dinner lasted a lot longer than expected and I got home ard 10.30. But thankfully after taking a nice bath I kinda had a lot more ideas so yea by 12 sth I more or less finished the essay and printed it out la haha. I kinda liked the finished piece and if only I can pass it up like that maan! Cuz I'd be sure to forget some stuff during the exam right.

And so yah, during the exam I think I did forget some stuff but I think I kept most of the impt ones haha. For once I finished the lit exam early, like an hour or so before cuz I more or less had the ideas in my head already. Haha this is one time I'm really glad I prepared early la. Relatively early. And so I decided not to waste too much time and so I left the hall earlier.

Back home I got distracted cuz click finished downloading haha. Aye maan. But yea man it's a really touching show! People who watched it all said it was good la so I wanted to see it for myself see haha. And yea it's worth watching.

Whew. I'm so glad that I'm done with lit and math man. Yea I've got physics to work on, but that's the last paper:D. Heheh.

Oooohhh shiiittt I'm so screwed for math man. Haha. Crapp crap crap crap. I thought I could do some questions but like 15 mins to go I realised I couldn't do the partial fraction preperly cuz of one darn careless mistake that was sth like writing (x²-4²) =(x-4)(x+4) without changing the 4 into a bloody 2. And so I tried redoing the question and I didn't have time to finish it. AAaarrggh. And then after the exam I realised I got the donut question wrong too. The donut's supposed to be at (7,0) not (7,7) and I guess that's really my fault cuz I should've revised complex numbers better. And then my permutation ans is wrong too cuz I stupidly wrote a 4 instead of a 5. Oohhh heeeeelllll its not like I didn't know the question maa!! Ah sucks la.

Well okay, and after that jianshen, abraham, sujana, chandra and I went off to this chatterbox place to eat. The food's quite good man, and reasonably priced too! I tried their bakuteh which is pretty alright la haha. And then we were talking about lit questions and I realised my answer to question 4 had the wrong focus, so now I'm changing questions haha. Sheat I know it's not a wise decision but I know if I hand up the answer I have now I won't do well, and there's a higher chance I can score with doing question 3 haha.

Well anyway, dad arrived ard 7 pm last night! Haha and oh yea shit, the metal bar where i hang my clothes in the cupboard collapsed. AAaarrghg. Well hey maybe dad can help me fix it:D. Heh. Anyway yea! Dad didn't get entrepreneur of the year, but he got this special mention prize! Haha and he was telling me about the whole ceremony and how exciting it was. And he brought along this booklet on the award ceremony and they have kinda like short descriptions and quotes from the nominees.

Yea anyway we went for dinner at norsiah's cuz he wasn't too hungry haha. And tonight dinner will be with some of the people he met at this exhibition today. Kinda weird for me to tag along, but ah heck kind of a free dinner:P.

But anyway it's nice to see dad again, happy and all haha.

Whoa, I'd never thought I could last so long without feeling like shit. Haha okay, I slept at ard 7 sth this morning cuz I spent the whole time doing lit. Haha eric came over ard 11 to do lit too, cuz he didn't have the books, and I figured I may be able to have some motivation to do lit with someone else doing it too.

Sure it worked! Haha eric bloody managed to finish the whole damn essay!!! He's damn pro man hahaha. At ard 6 sth he felt so accomplished you could feel the vibes. Okay that didn't make much sense but yah haha. And I only managed to type out a thousand words before I decided that I couldn't squeeze anything else out.

But it was nice seeing the sky turn light blue hahaha.

It's been real long since I've stayed up so long. And I've never done so for the sake of studying, so this is actually my first time! And I went to bed at 7 sth not really tired at all, but just mentally drained. Like, I tried moving on to some math after I stopped lit, but progress was slow. I think it was just the caffeine keeping me up man haha. But ah hhmm, at least I got most of lit done. Gonna work on it late tonight or cheong it tmr, cuz after this I'm gonna focus on math.

Haha earlier yesterday there was driving, which was pretty alright la. Hahaha. Nothing much very new, just driving for experience yea.

Jian shen and eric then came over in the afternoon (yea eric later came by again), to do math. And I was supposed to have started on lit but haha after like 1.5 paras I got kinda distracted man. And not much was done till this morning.

Ooohh and I had weird dreams just now. Man. Haha I forgot most of them, but I rmb they were totally off.

Hahaha oh goodness dad is in the papers!!!!! Wow man, haha, not too sure which newspaper cuz my brother sent me a kinda cropped article haha. But wow! Prob not THAT big a deal, but haha still it's nice knowing ur dad's on the papers:P. Hahahahaha. Well apparently he's a nominee for entrepreneur of the year and results are supposed to be out by now but I haven't heard anything yet, but ah well haha. Nominee's pro enough already huh! Anyway all the best to him maaann, heh.

Hmmm okay I went for chem lecture today haha. And I realised it's possible to listen to the lecture while kinda semi-conscious. I think I mentioned sth like this on one of the earlier posts this year. Haha yea like just close your eyes and rest your mind and listen. You may or may not absorb anything, but when you open ur eyes you can impress your friends that u do know what the lecture is talking about haha. Well of course ur bound to miss some stuff la, but it's not like we don't miss stuff when we are awake anyway.

Chem prac today was surprisingly easy! And diana and I were the first pair to leave and for the first time, mei fong's group (us included) is earlier than lucy's group!! Wahahahaha. Good sense of achievement man! haha. Anyway yea it was quite cool cuz we got to make slime! Haha. Part of this polymer synthesis thing. Then lucy demonstrated how to make nylon and this urea formaldehyde thing, both of which involve toxic substances or sth that's why the teachers were demonstrating. Haha.

I went over to swanston to order the trinity jumpers haha. I had to help abraham and jianshen order too so that was 2 white and one black. No idea which one's really better tho, but haha I'm taking the white:P. Prob won't wear it much in singapore anyway la huh. but gotta bring back sth from trinity man, since the yearbook's gone. Yea man, have I mentioned that?? There isn't a yearbook this year cuz some people of the yearbook committee were slacking or something la EURGH. Suxxx maaan.

Ah well, tough.

And planned to do lit, but I only managed to type out one sentence before deciding the swanston lab was too distracting. It wasn't much better back home either eurgh.

It was raining just now and man it's cooollldd.

I think I kinda screwed up my EAPe ssay hrm. Well, it could've been better la aye. And I felt that my arguments weren't reealllyy that strong as they should've been. But argh heck. Oh and andrew finished like 15 mins into the paper hahaha. He was like sitting and staring into space for like the remaining time. Dunno why he didn't just leave when he could haha.

I skipped phys lecture again eurgh, heard only 6 people in the first period. Aye so sad man. But hey I went for lit lecture! Hahahha. And yea mike went thru the exam questions briefly and I think I would prob be doing one the fulfilment of conforming that one. The question 4.

After lit I went down to the applce centre cuz I wanted to see how much the mighty mouse costs, and boris came along cuz he didn't feel like going home hahaha. Well apparently aye, the wireless one hasn't arrived and it's gonna cost $109 maaaann. Eurgh dunno if I can bear to part with that amt. Ah hrm. The wired one is $79 but I think I'd rather save up for the wireless one la heheh.

After that I was supposed to go run with eric but he was feeling sick (oh yea, did I mention that everyone here is falling sick?? Man it's only a matter of time before I get it (touch wooooood man) but eurgh yea, gonna eat more fruits now) and so I went for dinner with boris haha. After much walking ard we decided to go to the vietnamese noodle place.

Ah hrm, and I think for the remainder of my time here till I get back to singapore I'm gonna stop eating outside. Gotta save up man. Then again dad's coming over so, meals with dad dont count heh. Dunno when he'd be arriving tho.

Life here's pretty much alright and I reaaallly miss the food and people and air back in Singapore. Not that it's really bad over here or anything, but it's just that it doesnt feel so homely see.

Yea anyway I studied in SJI (THE best sec sch) for 4 years (THE best years) and graduated last year from class 403 (THE best class). Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

So there! That's my whole education history. Oh unless u include kindergarten, which started in SIS in hongkong (THE best kindergarten/pri sch there) where I spent 1.5 years and the remaining .5 years in the downstairs PAP education centre (not THE best this time).

Haha man I managed to do a bit of new and exciting stuff today! Well, kinda haha.

Okay school was nothing much. Oh you know samantha can actually remember my name?!?! Goodness! I wonder how she manages to know all her student's names man. Anyway yea she did a bit of gogol before moving on to the exam questions, of which I haven't really decided on yet. Aye.

During maths lecture hazel was getting so nervous about the eap exam and she kept saying boris' format is wrong! Haha it was quite funny. But yah I'm not so certain about mine either la... but I think it should be alright.

Ah and I wasted money at union house buying icce cream haha. It wasn't tooo bad la but just...... would rather spend on freddo's see haha. Well at least I tried out new things.

Maths lecture was quite fun haha. Abraham was late as usual and eric was ..hmm just being very funny. IT's hard to say how. And I'm lazy to explain too haha.

Eric and I went running after that haha. We did 6 rounds around the outside of the track cuz the track was being used and the path around the oval was muddy. Oh YAH and you know it was raining for like more than 12 hours! Hahaha so cool i thought rain which could last that long only existed in places like Singapore. And Melbourne isn't one of them. Anyway cuz of the rain, the temperature plunged quite and bit haha. And eurgh the 6 rounds, which is supposedly 2.4km plus dunno how much cuz we were running outside the outermost ring, took us 16+ minutes! Wa like that how can?!?! I hope it's really just cuz we were running on the outside but even so it shouldn't be that bad...right? Hmm.

Oh anyway for the past few nights I've been sleeping in my brother's room cuz the view's so good at night hahaha. And I tried picking the locks of the locked windows(which were locked cuz the keys disappeared or never existed) and finally after much effort managed to unlock them! Wahahaha. But it was prob by luck, cuz I couldn't do it many times after locking them again. Anyway, soon after that I found a bunch of of keys, which fit the windows, and could bloody unlock/lock them. See la, it's always like that man.

But now cuz of the many attempts of picking the locks, the keyhole's kinda warped now. Haha ah shit la. If only I found the keys earlier huh.

Anyway after that I was randomly surfing around and I found this cool program called salling clicker which converts your bluetooth handphone into a remote for your computer! And works for a mac too and for itunes so it's especially cool hahaha. But one major, MAJOR downer is that you've gotta pay after 30 clicks. Sucks maaaaannn. And it's not like I haven't tried finding...erm.. alternatives. So far nothing.

Oh yea I recharged my prepaid today just to find out that damn, the previous $70+ didn't rollover cuz I was a day late!!! Argh. Tough.

Ah man, my eyelids are gonna shut soon. So this would prob be another short entry la haha.

Okay chem in the morning was pretty alright. But eh, Bill didn't seem very pleased with my answer for his question, for some reason. I mean, I wrote out the equation on the board like he asked but he didn't say anything haha. Okkkaayy. And siegbert 's question we kinda answered it in a different way, and I dunno if they marked us down for that eurgh! Siegbert asked sth like, why do old photographs turn brown. According to him it's cuz of the silver reacting with sulphur to form silver sulphide from the atmosphere. But ah I answered that people added it so that the image would be strengthened and can last longer, as according to this wikipedia article! But aahh haha nvm la, it's over.

I went for HOI lect at the last min hahaha. Cuz I realised even if I went home I wouldn't be able to do anything much.

Lunch was at the same old union house with eric, abraham, egg and gerard. Haha ah man I had this bland bowl of hainan chicken noodle soup. Eurgh. Never again man.

We were free during drama cuz stephen's in singapore! Haha. He said and some other teachers went to give this workshop on creative teaching. Ah, hmm haha okay. Anyway free period and I didn't feel like going home so I went to leeper library to sleep. And I printed the lit questions also. Not too sure which one yet.

EAP exam wasn't too bad haha. Hmm. The question's sth like, The only effective carers for the raising of a child are a mother a father living together in marriage. And we get 2 readings which kinda limited info but hmm... I guess it's alright la. Haha man I spent most of the lesson planning and only wrote 1.5 paragraphs. Well we've got 1.5 hrs more in the next lesson to finish up so in the meantime I'll prob go search ard for some synonyms or something :D. Well, what else can I do since they took back the booklets and readings? Aye.

Oh yea damn, when something really scary happens to someone you kinda know, you feel really scared too right. Like okay, I heard someone had freaky supernatural encounter like last night, and whoa shit thinking about it gives me the creeps now. Man it's like, I wanna look around the room to check there's nothing there but it's chilling doing so at the same time cuz you REALLY won't want anything to be there. Anyway maybe it's just a coincidence, but the 3 a.m. thing from the exorcism of emily rose kinda surfaced from what I heard. Eurgh. Okay enough about this man.

Ah man, I'm finally done reading the Sandman.

There's just this thing about the whole sandman universe, makes it so real. I mean, you can close your eyes and imagine that the Endless really do exist or something. Well yea maybe cuz Neil Gaiman did an excellent job of like, showing how the Endless interact with our lives and stuff but not only that the large number of crossovers from real historical figures like Augustus and the emperor of the USA. Like before reading that I nvr even knew there was an emperor of the usa! Well, although not a totally new one, but yea anyway. And this comic's one of those that can change the way you think man, maybe even change ur lives wahahaha. Okay I don't know about that, but it sure got me thinking la.

And it leaves so much room for.... I don't know, um,...thought???? No. But anyway it's like, it doesn't matter if there's a real death destiny dream desire etc or not, cuz at the very least they are what people are made up of. The comic just brings so much life into them by making them into some kinda entities. And honestly I'd be quite freaked seeing a pale thing guy clad in flowing black cloth-robes in my dreams, but he's such a cool character in the book haha. And at the very least, the Sandman series is an excellent story.

Well, driving this morning was alright haha. Nothing much tos ay about that.

Man I spent minutes thinking of what title to put up there and nothing.

Well haha anyway, I almost went for chem lecture in the morning but then I realised that I hadn't done the preliminary work for phys prac so I had to stay at home a little longer to do it, and then I realised that since I'd be late for lecture and I'd prob sleep there, there wasn't much point of turning up.

Aye it's been getting prety warm lately. Can go out without a jacket anymore hahaha. And although it was super windy today, the wind wasn't really cold anyway but kind of a comfortable temperature, so it was great haha.

Oh man physics prac was so sian la. Mark and I were doing the magnetic field one and bloody crap we had to find the weight of staples! Well actually, we had to find the weight of 1, 3/4, 1/2, and 1/4 a staple. Fun Lai said it's cuz they lost their old small weights, and so decided to use something easy to replace. Hahaha but man, this experiment had so much errors to calculate and toward the end mark and I realised that our value of n should have been 5203 instead of 5023 and that value of n affected all our results, but we weren't willing to redo everything so haha, we just went ahead la. And in the end our results were quite different from the theoretical ones but heck. Blame it on inaccuracies of the instrument and while measuring man. Heh. And carelessness too la but we didn't write that.

After that I went to find pong and to albert house to do chem! Hahaha man both of us finally made some progress la. And poh lent us some very useful books on photography. Well we got quite distracted by some drama performances that pong recorded haha, but yea at least some work was done. Some work meaning we know where we're headed and that we're probably gonna print out the A2 paper. Prob go to Dinkums or sth I guess.

After dinner at rice bar, we went to laguna to get some stuff. Actually pong was supposed to get peipakao for wenqi, and I wanted to see what random stuff I could get from laguna, but haha man we left that place carrying a lot more. Well actually since I was looking for random stuff, I did get them la. Like a box of indomie which can prob help me thru the most desperate of times, and those nice sweet soft chewy rice crisp things haha. Man and pong even better, he bought like 6 hichews and 6 pockys and many random sweets and other stuff. And the peipakao. Hahahaha. Ah well.

Yea anyway I studied in SJI (THE best sec sch) for 4 years (THE best years) and graduated last year from class 403 (THE best class). Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

So there! That's my whole education history. Oh unless u include kindergarten, which started in SIS in hongkong (THE best kindergarten/pri sch there) where I spent 1.5 years and the remaining .5 years in the downstairs PAP education centre (not THE best this time).

Anyway all those which I've said were THE best were indeed THE best because I'd nvr ever give up those experiences for anything else haha. For better or for worse man. I mean hey, I know it's kinda common sense la, cuz it's not really possible to 'give up experiences' but you get my point right. Right? No? Ah well too bad then.

AAAHHHH sshhiiittt.

I ought to be doing so many things but slacking.

I ought to be researching on early photographic methods.

I ought to be working on some chem or phys or math cuz exams in less than 2 weeks.

I ought to be cleaning up the place cuz it's a mess.

But arghghg bugger. There's no motivation to do all those.

I heard that this morning's physics lecture only 2 people turned up man. Whoargh poor fred! And according to abraham, at 9 am the clas was totally empty. So fred left with a smile, and went back at 9.15 to give the lecture to 2 people. Haha man. Well at least the 11 am one had 7 people.

EAP was quite fun haha. Christine was passing ard sweets and albert was missing for some reason. And we got to rip some handouts hahaha.

I meant to go for lit cuz I'd be meeting pong for chem after that, but in the end I decided to go running with eric during lit. At least I decided on doing that until we found out that christine was gonna have her drama during that period so we all went over to grattan street to watch haha.

Wah those groups give some serious performances man! They were all very sad and full of anger and stuff haha. 2 plays were based on the square peg round hole one, and another was the insect.

Bleaarrghg. I feel like a sloth. Or a slug. Or something that just wants to lie down and collect dust.

Okay today during lit only 7 people came hahahaha. Lynette, james, mark, cheewee, zhi yan, kevin and I. Hahaha. The rest prob ponned to watch drama man.

Pong and I decided not to meet for chem again haha. Man at this rate our chem project's never gonna get done haha.

Math lecture was a bore and boris is a nice person to talk to haha.

I had the worst homemade dinner today man. Maybe it was cuz of the frozen veggies, cuz for some reason it was very tough to chew. And the chicken wasn't really good either. Aye. Damn.

Haha hmm okay school was alright today.

Siegbert didn't overshoot during chem today!!!! Hahaha. Maybe we zipped our pencil cases louder than usual today or sth, but yea at 10.30 he managed to look at his watch (yea he wears a watch) and ended the question he was working on hahaha.

I skipped hoi lect to watch drama performances by random trinity people hahaha. Hahaha there was one by shyanne and her group on the story of chang er and how this other girl managed to save the moon. Haha quite a bit of random humour:P. And it's not that the other groups were bad, they were all good but I just forgot haha. I think I can rmb if I try...hmm...

Okay there was one on this guy and his autistic sister. Their mom passed away recently and as a result the guy's realy stressed and constantly yells at the sister who doesn't really understand anything anyway. And in the end they put her in a school for for the mentally disabled.

Another one was, urgh, okay I really forgot haha.

Yea well anyway after that (that is during lunch) haha a whole lot of us from the drama class after lunch turned up in the drama room to get ready for our performance. Haha there were a few small last minute changes due to the availability of props. Like initially we didn't have a white cloth on the table, and in the end we decided to drape one over. This was done mainly to cover the arrangement of pens underneath, so well, it's one more way to differentiate the home and office scenes. And we had to fight for the stage to rehearse cuz other groups wanted to rehearse too haha.

Ah man somehow we were the first group to perform and so, there was added stress haha. Initially the class was quite empty and hohoho we were quite relieved that we didn't have to act in front of a big crowd. But waddya know! Everyone was waiting outside in the corridor dammit!! So yah like 2 hoi classes streamed in and some others from july intake. And then it was time to begin.

Well I thought our performance was the best out of all our rehearsals actually, many thanks to guocong's sudden enthusiasm at being a beng office worker haha! And the audience laughing even a tiny litttlllee bit helped us a lot man haha.

Yea then the 2 other groups had their plays and I think the curry chicken one is still my fav la! Hahaha. And somehow both groups managed to get music while my group remained totally silent apart from our voices haha. Rachel said music would've helped it a lot la, yea and I guess it would've. But stephen said that if there's gonna be music it's gotta be done well so... hmm. Well final year see how la.

Stephen spoke to us at the end and he seemed kinda pleased with our work heh! Either that or he's just being nice la hmm.

After that was eap! Jane spoke to the other people individually and we had some class work to do eurgh. Haha.

And after sch I went to run with eric. The track whole day being used la, so we had to use the oval. Haha oh well. And whoa eric just kept running and running and running man! He did like 10 over rounds hahaha. Alright, that's my goal for next time:P. Just now I only did 4 rounds man haha. Actually 3+1 cuz I didn't realise I missed out one more round.

Then I had dinner at eric's place and went home and here I am.

Oh yea I was reading sandman, and for some reason there are missing pages man, like the other time. Why ah, arghgh.

Whoa goodness I slept a LOT last night.

Okay initially I was reading sandman till like 7 sth I think, then I dozed off.

Then I woke up here and there until 8 before I decided to get off my chair and on the bed.

And then I woke up like every 4 hrs or so until 8 this morning! So that's abt 12 hrs of sleep maann. And haha yea I guess it felt good but.. not THAT good anyway. Just, alright.

But hey why am I so tired!

Yea well anyway today during hoi we got to watch the drama classes perform. Oh hell, eric's class is DAMN PRO maann!! Well the first one was on gay love, was kinda cool actually haha. And then the second one was on um.......ah this loser guy who changed lives (as in REALLY changed, like in a supernatural way) with this popular dude. And the third one's a bank teller who steals from a bank. Hahaha. Each had music and sound effects which really added to the mood man. Aye. Makes me feel bad abt my drama tmr hahaha. Oh well.

Oooohhh abraham brought a cd of photos and some videos from ttv on friday night! Haha this time it was a clearer clip of our performance but it was only during the the first part when we play it's my life. And you dont get to see us screw the starting either so.. haha maybe I'll upload it la I don't know. And we've watched the videos over and over and over and over agian so much I'm getting kinda sick of it.

I managed to get a book for EAP in the baillieu library! Hahaha wooot.

Bagpipes today was alright. Got to play a bit and there was supper haha.

I was trying to find out more on early photography when I got home, for chem. And aye I think pong and I should've been done with our plan last week but uh, ah hell. And tmr's chem tut, but it's getting late now and I don't feel like doing much planning.

Haha okay I managed to get a kinda blur video of the second half of our item. Well it's better than nothing I guess



And at the same time I decided to upload the 2 videos recorded during our practice at Dane's. But man, for some reason the video lags la. As in it's alright when i play it on the com but not on youtube. Argh hrm. Well it's not anything impressive la so no pt putting them here:P.

Anyway yesterday was pretty much a slack day. Hmm driving was alright, haha turning's become easier. Still have a lot of crosses on the log, but slowly la haha.

Did some shopping and bought some cookie mix. Well I wanted to try baking something from scratch right, but I couldn't find the chocolate powder and stuff so heh what to do?

And I was reading the sandman most of yesterday haha. It's cool how things make more sense now, like things that I didn't understand before, now i do! And you read and go "yeeaa hey I didn't know that last time!" kinda thing.

And this morning there was drama practice which went quite alright la hahaha.

Man the concert was KILLER!!! Wahahahahhaa. I'd put up pics and videos if i had any, but hmm don't worry I think they'll come.

Okay anyway this morning I got woken up earlier than expected haha, but nvm cuz abraham brought some shirts over to try out. In the end I decided to borrow my brother's black sleeved shirt with a white t shirt inside, which looked poserish but hey! TTV's the time to be a poser man! Wahahaha. Ah but actually I thought it'd be cool to wear the red t shirt hahahaha but ah well nvm.

Okay then chem lecture was CANCELLED hahaha!! And tashia came over and I decided to show them bill and ted's bogus journey! But aaayye they weren't as entertained as I thought. Ah hell. Hahahahaha.

And then during lunch we went to the music room to see the other bands rehearse. The palmerston/albert house band (aka the Oohs) were practising and kevin wasn't there so our band (aka Note to Self) couldn't practise. But hahaha no problem, we got to see the Oohs! And they played some good music! They planned to play the jay chou song Qing Tian and That Thing You Do and Smoke on the Water. Cool stuff eh! Well on my way out, I couldn't help but feel more relieved la heh.

Chem prac was not bad cuz we got to grow crystals haha.

And after that jianshen and I headed over to my place to help carry stuff over to the dining hall! Haha man, many thanks to jianshen if not abraham and I would have a seriously tough time carrying like 3 amps and 3 guitars over haha.

And oh yea actually the dining hall isn't such a bad place la! Just that the audience doesnt have much of a view hahahaha. But the acoustics are nice heh.

Anyway we spent quite a lot of time setting up the stuff (amps guitars and all). And haha man it was stressful, trying to tune the guitars (one of which the high E tuning knob disappeared) and making sure the volume was okay and everything. And then haha there was a shortage of power points, and we thought we could share with those from the Oohs but andrew said that they had to use all their powerpoints so oh well. What to do?? Haha. Man abraham decided that we rush to my place and grab one la, and in the end we actually had to do that. Haha maan.

Ah, but on our way out of the dining hall, abraham decided to stop by this security station place to ask them if they had a spare multi-purpose plug. And goodness they did!! And they only lent us after much persuasion by abraham (he's the man, man) who exchanged it for his student card for the time being. Haha woo!

And then yeap, that problem was settled. The guitar roselyn would be using (the one with the missing E knob) was more or less tuned with 2 coins for leverage haha. And hmm yeap, the concert was abt to begin and we took our seats.

Now the first one was this dance by Vivien, Jack's girlfriend haha. It was good stuff man, even though I don't know how to judge dance moves, but yea it was still good haha. And then yea there were chances that we wouldn't win not cuz of the Oohs, but cuz of other performances, cuz they were all really good!

After the dance was a chinese song sung by Freya. I only rmb her as the girl from my chem class hahaha. The singing was nice too, but nothing reeeaallly special.

Jennifer came next, playing Survivor on the piano! Haha it was short and yea I know I'm getting repetitive, but it was good stuff too! Haha. I mean really la. Compared to the autumn concert too. And people paid good money to watch this man.

Ah the next one was one of the better performances! Kim came up to do this italian song with Joyce on the piano (just in case ur wondering, I can rmb the sequences of performances and their names cuz I have the repertoire here), and man not only was her voice good, but she was so calm up on stage and was like giving away flowers while singing! Haha as in it was all so natural and she looked like she was enjoying herself too. She could've won!

Whoa next one, a drama performance by Caleen (titled Haunted)! Now THIS was also one of the cooler shows! It's like a solo play, with Caleen going up first giving an introduction. It's this play about a girl who was placed in a mental hospital just like her mother, cuz they both think that they can see ghosts, which haunt and torment them. Woooo freakkyy. And yah, it started off with caleen sitting on the ground rocking back ad forth, singing mary had a little lamb in a very VERY eerie voice. And then some invisible force grabbed her hand and she was like "Nooo! no leave me alone!!! Why do you keep tormenting me!!" (or sth to that effect). And she was dragged around and man it was so well done! And there was one point where she saw her mother and was like "mommy! u're here! i'm so glad mommy's here...." like sounding really insane-ish haha. And you dont even know if that's really her mom cuz she's supposed to be locked in her own cell right. Yea and man, that was one cool performance. Had potential to win too!

Weng Hoe went up next to sing a j-pop song! Haha, titled God Knows. Well... I don't know how to say this nicely. Um, okay, let'e just say that his wasn't as nice as the rest, but hell we cheered like crazy anyway!! Haha. Cuz yea man, it takes guts to go up there alone to sing and dance, and he did it! And yah, we cheered louder for him than some other performances too heh.

The next item was kind of a michelle branch-ish song by Jane Gan with her guitar heh. That was great too! Like nice voice and all yeap. But ah oops, I forgot what song cuz the repertoire didn't print it haha.

Ah next one was also deserved to win! It's also singing, by Jin Sern, and Gavin on the guitar. He sung this indonesian song (I think) and wow the crowd was also singing along! Cuz haha, abraham and kevin managed to amass like the whole indonesian population on trinity for support! Woooo! And he also sung some other songs to...yah.....haha.

Ah after that was the Limestones! Mugni's band! Ooooohhh they were good (I know I'm saying everyone's good, but they really were!!!!!! ) They sang Home by Michael Buble (pronounced bewbuhl hahahahaha) and Jet's Look What You've Done. Ah Home was really, really nice man! The whole audience was singing along too hahahaha. Yah man, the audience just now was super enthu la haha. And Mugni's got a good voice I tell you!

And then hohoho it was our turn!!!!!! Man it was extra freaky just before we started cuz the bass amp was disconnected for some reason. Then after connecting it, maybe the cable was faulty or sth but there was this soft screech if I turn on the volume too high. Before that, we were also wondering whether or not to use the mireless mike which sounded kinda distorted or to plug it into the marshall amp. In the end we plugged it in hahaha, which I think, sounded quite a bit better:D. So we nodded to kevin and he started off by yelling to the audience "Are you readdyyy!!" and stuff like that. And then we turned to vern to watch him do his BAM BAM for It's My Life, but thing is he didn't really BAM BAM! There was something else, and we suddenly started off at weird timings, and ooohh nooooo!!!! But after a few seconds (hopefully it was only a few seconds...haha), we managed to somehow get back on track. Man. And I was trying to move my body as much as I could to work off the adrenaline pumping hahaha. I dunno if that made me look stupid but ah hell. And oh yea only some of the planned swinging of guitar necks during the BAM BAM worked out, but hey, I dont think it was too bad heh. Kevin was really into his singing and abraham was really rocking and roselyn was smiling around and vern was whacking his drums haha. Ah, and then came the part when we wuold pause for awhile, and abraham would go to the mike and yell "DO YOU WANT MOOOREEEE!!!!" and with the crowd going "YEEAAAA!!!" vern would start his BAM BAM! once again. But aaaaahhhhhhhh the drums came in too early before abraham could get his hands on the mike, so ah gotta make do heh! And yea it wasn't too bad despite those small screwups la heh. The audience still seemed VERY enthusiastic and I could hear them singing from way up there heheh.

Our next song, Back For Good, started off pretty well! Heh and yeap, kevin sang realllyy well and woooo the crowd was swaying nicely too haha. And when the first chorus ended, and the intro of California began, whhoaaaaa the crowd went MADD!!! Wahaha and cuz the song's not printed in the repertoire either, so it was kind of a surprise and I think they liked it:P. So I put down the acoustic guitar and picked up the bass and we plaaayyyyyeeedd. And the audience was singing along very nicely, and yah it's true they sing along for almost every song hahaha.

And our planned ending of the 3 guitarist whipping down the guitar necks didn't work out exactly as planned haha!! In fact far from it, but hell, it was good enough la I guess. And we all had fun:P. And keving and abraham got hugs at the end! HEY! What about vern, roselyn and me!!! Hahaha.

Ah then next was the Oohs! Haha they sounded much better than in the music room! And wooo yah everyone was singing along cuz it's always so nice to sing along right. And although their Smoke on the Water had no singer, it was a time they used to show off each of the members effectively. Like, the drummer, both guitarist and the bassist all had a solo haha. Quite cool man! And yea you could hear those palmerston and albert house supporters yelling ten km away. They can only be matched by the indonesians muahahahaha:P.

Oh yea and I forgot to state that after each performance, the judges would make some comments! Hahaha. And yah, for each and every item they gave positive comments man. Well, sometimes they were prob just being nice la but then again, I'm trying to be nice here too right.

Okay and so the winners of Trinity Talevaganza (which I figured was maybe a play on the words talent and extravaganza) were announced, and they are none another thaaaaaannnnnnnn.....

Caleen's HAUNTED!!!!!!! Hahahaha woooooo congratulations to her! And there's no doubt we all felt a bit disappointed, but heck she did deserve it la huh. And hers was the only non-musical item (unless you count the singing of mary had a little lamb).

And then there were major phototaking sessions and we helped to pack up a bit and stuff. Haha man, jianshen just refuses to take a photo la! And haha we dumped the amps and stuff back home and went off for dinner!

Dinner was at this Wing Long chinese restaurant, and I got this ooooooohh great spareribs with peking sauce on rice. Hahahaha. Anyway yah, chandra recorded the second half of our performance so we were kinda analysing the whole thing haha. Oh but aye by that time, vern and roselyn and jianshen had left man. Oh well.

And hmm yeeaa. It was a great night:D. Makes me look forward to the Spring Concert! Woo!

Life here's pretty much alright and I reaaallly miss the food and people and air back in Singapore. Not that it's really bad over here or anything, but it's just that it doesnt feel so homely see.

Yea anyway I studied in SJI (THE best sec sch) for 4 years (THE best years) and graduated last year from class 403 (THE best class). Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

So there! That's my whole education history. Oh unless u include kindergarten, which started in SIS in hongkong (THE best kindergarten/pri sch there) where I spent 1.5 years and the remaining .5 years in the downstairs PAP education centre (not THE best this time).

Anyway all those which I've said were THE best were indeed THE best because I'd nvr ever give up those experiences for anything else haha. For better or for worse man. I mean hey, I know it's kinda common sense la, cuz it's not really possible to 'give up experiences' but you get my point right. Right? No? Ah well too bad then.

Man we had a nice session practising for tmr's ttv hahaha. And whoa it's late and I'm hungry and tired.

I managed to record some full run thrus but haha maybe I'll upload them but maybe not. See how la. And the quality's not that great either.

I'm trying to steam some eggs.

Today I only went for EAP , again , ayyeee. Wanted to go for phys too actually but felt lazy.

Oh yea we got back our essays hahaha. This time I didn't do as well but heck, haha. Jane spoke to us individually and we could go off early to find books for our term4 oral presentation in the baillieu library. But when I got there I couldn't find anything maaannn. Well maybe I shal try harder some other day la.

Oh yah then on my way to baillieu I stopped by union house for some hokkien noodles right, to take away. But the darn lid wasn't gravy-proof so the gravy leaked into my bag and euurrghghggh in the library I tried wrapping it ard paper which didn't help much and I had to sacrifice one clear plastic folder to store the food haha. And back home I went to wash my bag and some papers now have this weird brown corner.

Well I should've known that it wasn't gravy proof la aye.

Haha and well during the practice my major concern is the start of Back for Good. Cuz I always screw up the last two chords. ah hell I just hope tmr will be alright la. And hahahah during It's My Life, the 2 guitarists and the bassist are attempting to coordinate this cool-looking move where we kinda swing our guitar necks up and down when the beats goes "BAM BAM". Okay if I get the video for tmr than I show you guys la yea. Altho chances are I won't be bothered to upload them, but yea haha.

Oh well hahaha. Anyway wish us all the best for tmr! Grand prize is $150 and a chance to perform during the annual ball!

Hokay short entry today cuz I am LAZY.

Lit was boring and Samantha got a little pissed cuz people were talking when we were supposed to be doing questions. Math lecture and tut was alright.

Haha our biggest competitors for this friday's ttv is prob andrew's band. The andrew from albert house, along with shyann on the drums. And nicholas who's singing and michael on bass. And ah, one more I forgot. And they were saying they've got this surprise hahaha. Ah man how ah.

Oh well.

We checked out the dining hall where we will be performing, and man it's kinda uh, sad. As in, well I honestly don't know why they chose that place la haha. But I guess we'll have to make do.

I had to get a guitar strap today for the bass.

Haha hmm chem tutorial overshot again. Well I slept thru most of it aarrgh. But I was thinking that if I didn't know any concepts then there'd still be Zumdahl to read la. But then again it only means I'm attending the tut for attendance right, which is definitely the wrong attitude.

OOooohhh hoi lecture was good today! Haha jonathan barlow was lecturing and haha altho he didn't use ppt, it was still interesting man. Or maybe cuz it was just a fresh change from tamarr la, but I still think he's good haha. And I copied some detailed notes man hahaha.

It was supposed to be our full dress rehearsal during drama today haha. But argh my group didn't bring anything. But then again maybe we didn't really need to la. Hahaha the curry chicken play was even funnier than before man. I trust they will do well. Well they will still entertain the crowd anyway haha. My group was alright la haha. Managed to get a few laughs and hmm stephen got us to improve on more stuff. Next tuesday's the performance already so..haha oh well. Guess we can do it la yeap.

EAP rocked man! Hahaha. Cuz some topics the speakers were presenting were so good to discuss right, during the question and answer session at the end of every speech, some of us kept asking and discussing the topics amongst ourselves hahaha. Like okay, there was one about whether abortion was murder. The actualy topic was on whether parents have a right to abort, but somehow we were asking whether melissa who was the speaker for that whether she thought that abortion was murder. Then Jane added in the thought of whether mercy killing of old suffering patients (maybe in coma or sth) was okay too haha. But wow it was a good class man.

After that eric and I went to run. Hahaha after a long break man. And yah we didn't feel so fit so we ran like only 3 rds around the sports oval cuz the track was being used. And did a few pull ups in between rounds. Ah man. And then we headed to subway for dinner.

Anyway, we had quite a good talk about people here in trinity la. It was nice to see that he was aware of how some people here are more superficial than others, in terms of maybe their friendships and stuff.

And I've been thinking a lot since then la. And I was thinking how to blog all that I've been thinking down but when I get in front of my laptop it suddenly gets all so restricted. As in, all of a sudden I don't know how to express them in words. But anyway here goes.

Okay so it's easy to say that you wanna be a good person and do the right things right. But I guess not everyone's like that cuz sometimes we're just no in the mood to do the right things. Like I could've stayed awake during chem today but I didn't.

And eric was saying how some people are friendly just to attain some social status. Like okay, that day some people were so proud that they were the last to stand after like how many drinks. Others were boasting that they got drunk and did stupid things. Okay to be fair to them, they are proud of the things they did la, which is good in a sense right? I mean, there was that saying that went like, we first have to learn how to love ourselves before loving anyone else, or something. Okay that's prob not a good example la but nvm.

I mean, of course we all like to have friends and a group to belong to right. And then again we all have different standards of what a friend is. And that makes things more complicated.

There was this party at hush bar (or someplace like that) on sat night and people were asking others why they didn't go. And there were many reasons, but here's mine. I don't go clubbing cuz if I go it'd only be because I'm trying to fit into the group, and I don't want to be like that. I mean sure, we all want to feel like we belong somewhere right, and sometimes I wonder why dont I just join the gang one of these days. But thing is that those people aren't like my close friends, or good friends even. I can't say I would have much fun with them if I ever got drunk or not. And you can't tell me that "ha! he's just trying to comfort himself because no one ever asks him out for a drink!" because if I really wanted to go I could've right. I guess the day I'd go to a club is with a group of good friends for some nice drinks and a good chat (and no I can't dance). That is all I ask man. Then again, if that's the case, why not just drop by someone's place or invite some people over right? Yea hhhmmm..

But I guess what matters is that the decision is made by the individual himself/herself. Hohoho I'm trying to sound all smart here eh. But really la, I mean as much as the people around us may change our lives, it's ultimately we ourselves who choose who we want to be right? I guess as long as we dont regret what we do and live our lives to the best we can, being the best people we can be, we can really feel good about ourselves. And I quote from Bill and Ted, (which I realised was missing from the dell drive so I downloaded them again haha) "Be excellent to each other." Not much relevance, but hey still, it's true right haha.

AAaayyeee monday monday. Was quite a drag today.

During HOI we were given a transparency of a piece of surreal art haha. And then we had to tell the class what we thought of it. It was quite cool la actually, but just that early in the morning no one's really in the mood. And I dunno if it was just me but it was especially hard for me to wake up this morning, and there were like 3 absentees haha. And most the class arrived late.

Wargh I totally didn't get the phys tute. And I was sleeping too. ah man.

And during lunch the band went to the grattan st music room to play. Only that kevin arrived 1 hr late so we had to let this othe band use it first haha. Ah well. But at least we got some stuff to settle la. After a kfc lunch, jianshen, rosalyn, kevin and I headed to my place to rehearse some songs. Ah but jianshen just came along so he could play mercenaries hahaha. And we all had a free period so..yea heh.

I slept only a bit during chem and...hmm there was this video on the extraction of aluminium at the end haha.

Bagpipes was alright. I stayed longer than usual and got to play a bit more too haha. And matt lives in melbourne uni, he's in st hilda's college I think, and he offered a lift! So I accepted la, why not right! Hahahaha. Anyway yea thanks to him I managed to get home much quicker than I would if I had taken a train.

Hahaha hhmm jian shen, abraham and I went to melbourne uni ard 1 for the melbourne uni open house heh. Quite cool man, we got to go inside the different buildings and had a look at the courses we were interested in. You know, if I can maybe I'd do a double degree in engineering and science la. If I can't do engineering then also nvm, cuz I think I'd prefer doing science haha. Altho the melbourne uni science isn't strong but ah heck la. I wanna do what I like right:P.

Haha our lunch comprised the free hot dogs and burgers they were making on the south lawn. Heh but only that the queues were supper long and we only managed to get one hot dog before they ran out of both hot dog and bread and we had to settle for this vegetable patty on a serviette haha. Which wasn't that bad actually! And we were hungrrryyyy.

Then we all went over to my place and jianshen continued his game of mercenaries hahaha. Abraham took a nap and I played no one lives forever. And eventually they had to leave for drama practise and so I continued palying until like, quite a while haha. Ah mann.

I had 2 griddled chicken chops and leftover curry and rice from yesterday for dinner heh. It was quite good man! Aye. And brownies for dessert. Wooooo that's the life I tell you.

Aye but there's sch tmr. Haha oh well then.

Oh yea it turns out that the band's gonna have only one practice on thurs haha. Just the day before! But ah heck nvm. What to do? Haha. And anyway tmr some of us will be going the grattan st building to see if can get the music room or not.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but you probably won't be finding any links here. I kinda just put the "links" tab there to fill up space heh. And anyway yaaahhh I'm toolazy to go compile a reealll set of links and so...yeea. Maybe one day, but not now. And besides I nvr kept links since the diary-x days cuz that time it was supposed to be low profile and although there is no need for this one to remain low profile, I still don't feel like keeping links haha. Woo! a profile page! How cool's that!!

Okay so where shall I start. Hmm.

Basically I'm a 17 year old studying in Trinity College in Melbourne (why, you ask? well, for one thing I get to save a year. and a couple other reasons la). Life here's pretty much alright and I reaaallly miss the food and people and air back in Singapore. Not that it's really bad over here or anything, but it's just that it doesnt feel so homely see.

Yea anyway I studied in SJI (THE best sec sch) for 4 years (THE best years) and graduated last year from class 403 (THE best class). Then I studied in CJC (THE best jc) as part of 1T25(THE best cj class) for the month of jan(THE best month). Before SJI I spent 6 years in JPS (THE best primary sch) and in THE best class of 6A 2001 (man sounds kinda long ago already..haha).

So there! That's my whole education history. Oh unless u include kindergarten, which started in SIS in hongkong (THE best kindergarten/pri sch there) where I spent 1.5 years and the remaining .5 years in the downstairs PAP education centre (not THE best this time).

Anyway all those which I've said were THE best were indeed THE best because I'd nvr ever give up those experiences for anything else haha. For better or for worse man. I mean hey, I know it's kinda common sense la, cuz it's not really possible to 'give up experiences' but you get my point right. Right? No? Ah well too bad then.

I see this is more like some weird self-testimony as opposed to a profile. But heck it's my page so I do it the way I like:P.

I'd put my birthday down but YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO REMEMBER IT so not much pt for me to put it here right! Haha. Okay la heck, my birthday's on the 30th of feb 1989.

What, you think I'm lying? No of course I'm not lying! Why should I lie? Because I'm too bored?? Good point, I am indeed bored. Which is why I bothered making this profile page in the first place.

Hahaha hmm okay so I woke up ard 11.30 today to get ready for driving lessons! Wahaha.

Today steve made me move the car out onto lygon street and some other more ulu street for more practice on turning at roundabouts and stuff. I think I'm finally getting the hang of turning hohoho. Slowly la.

The 45 mins of lessons seem to go by really quickly man. It'd be cool if I had this wide flat road that I can practise on at home, but sadly I don't. So haha, oh well.

And then I went shopping at safeway and somehow decided to try baking some brownies, since I rmb enjoying them back in SJI and the mix came in a nice cheap box haha.

I had some sausages and potato and tried making eggy in a basket for lunch haha. It wasn't too bad man:P.

Anyway then I went on to make the brownies hahaha. Was surprisingly simple man, just had to add water and eggs.

While it was still baking, Abraham and Jian Shen dropped by! Hahaha we were watching jian shen play mercenaries haha. Man he's so sadistic, always killing people with an evil laugh haha.

Anyway when the brownies were done they were ooooohhh nice and chewy! Hahahaha man but I didn't get much satisfaction cuz the mix came premade right. One day I'm gonna attempt making my own hohoho.

Abraham and I also practised some songs for the talevaganza on friday. Man yah, it's on friday la. That's quick eurgh. And next week will be quite packed cuz monday i'll have bagpipes, tuesday there's practise for talevaganza, and the same for wednesday, and thursday's prob my only time to slack after sch, and friday's ttv itself! Maan. Btw I have no idea what talevanganza means.

Oh and we ordered classic curry for dinner!! Hahahaha maaan and they say it's the best curry they've ever tasted. Woooohoo glad they liked it man. Still got some palak paneer left over heh:D. And argh I forgot to order the fish curry! Eurgh.

Haha hmm yeaaa. And they went back pretty late hahaha. But we had a good time yeap.
